CY33 is a multi-family dwelling in the heart of Marda Loop that boasts some of Calgary’s most forward thinking architectural design. The building was created around the idea for an inner courtyard that has multi-use amenities, not just for residents, but for the whole community. The building expresses intersectionality between utilitarian city planning and purpose built rentals.

We collaborated with RNDSQR on this project to develop the brand, design all building collateral, and coordinate a full marketing campaign strategy for the launch of the project.
