• How do you design a digital experience for a peer’s entire portfolio?

SHOOT is a graphic design studio specialized in presenting knowledge and information in which images play a leading role. Founded in 1999 after studies at Minerva Academy by Robert Minnaard and Paul van de Werf.

Coming from an illustrative academic background (Minerva Academy in Groningen, 1995-1999) SHOOT initially focused mainly on autonomous work (graphics) and illustration assignments. Their current activities and interests manifest themselves in designing publications, creating infographics and realizing various projects and short campaigns.

The website is divided into a clear yet elegant navigation, which compromises a layered format. On top, the layer showcases all imagery and other contents to ensure maximum visual impact whilst preserving the ability of storytelling. The second layer contains the ‘about’ part of the studio.
